California produces about 80% of the world’s almonds. Almonds are rich in fiber, magnesium, and vitamin E, and used in different industries, including food manufacturing, cosmetics, health/fitness, and confectionery.
Pistachios
California pistachios never touch the ground during harvest. They are known for their clean, natural color and unique, fresh taste.
Walnuts
California’s rich soil grows some of the world’s best walnuts. Popular varieties include Chandler, Howard, Hartley, and Livermore.
NorRadiant is a member of APG and INC. We work with California processors and specialize in in-shell, kernel, and blanched products. We also partner with packers outside of California on cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, and pine nuts.

Fresh Produce and Meats
Citrus, Stone Fruit, Apples
Compared with citrus produced in other regions, California citrus has the best skin texture and taste. We work with Sunkist, Kingsburg Orchard, and Washington state apple/cherries packers. Some products are also available as dried fruits.
Beef, Pork, Poultry
Our premium meat products are sourced from throughout the United States and come in various cuts and packing styles. Product information and plant numbers are available upon request.
